What is included in the bundle?
Every plan includes both AI Compliance Sentinel and Incident Intelligence. The two products are architecturally integrated — Incident Intelligence pulls its regulatory ruleset live from Sentinel at the moment of each incident classification. Neither works at full capability without the other.
What is the 30-day pilot?
The pilot gives you full Professional-tier access to both products for 30 days at no charge. It is invite-only — contact us at hello@hendursaga.com and we will set it up within one business day. At the end of the pilot, you can subscribe to continue or walk away with no obligation.
How quickly are accounts provisioned?
Starter and Professional accounts are provisioned automatically on payment confirmation — you will receive your login credentials within minutes. Enterprise accounts are onboarded directly with a setup session.
What frameworks does AI Compliance Sentinel cover?
EU AI Act (full Annex III coverage) and GDPR are live now. NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001 are in active build. UK AI Safety Framework, DORA, and FDA SaMD are on the roadmap. Professional and Enterprise plans receive all frameworks as they become available.
Is there a legal review gate before launch?
Yes. Classification output is reviewed by a qualified EU AI Act practitioner for at least three high-risk use cases before any public claim of accuracy. This is a hard requirement — not a checkbox. Incorrect classifications create direct liability and we take that seriously.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. No penalties or minimum terms for Starter and Professional. Your compliance records and audit trail are retained and available for export after cancellation.
